As much as I am interviewing a candidate to determine if they are right for the job opening, the candidate is interviewing me and interviewing the company to make sure that it's a right fit for them. We've said this before on the show, but I also want to reiterate, job interviews are as much for you as they are for the company. What you can do before, during, and after to make sure that you are setting yourself up for success, preparing correctly, and giving yourself the best shot you can to make sure you're getting this job.
